Q. What are the current fees related to service?
A. Current fees are $120
per quarter for each member household served by the PRWW consisting of an Operations Charge of $68.00 and a Sinking Fund
Charge of $52.00. See "Billing

Q. How often are invoices issued and when are they due?
A. Invoices are issued quarterly approximately 3 weeks before the due dates.
Invoices are due and payable by the first of the month for the quarter they
cover. See "Billing Info" for more
details.
Q. What is the "Sinking Fund"?
A. The Sinking Fund exists for the use of repairs, maintenance and/or
replacement of the water system, parts and pump house.
Q. Are there late fees for unpaid invoices?
A. Yes. Invoices overdue 30 days from original due date are subject to $5
per month late fees which accrue until invoices and fees are paid in full.
Q. Can service be terminated for non-payment?
A. Yes. Accounts overdue 90 days are subject to service termination.
Notice will be given for termination within 7 days unless all outstanding
monies, including any fees, are paid in full. Once service is terminated,
it will be restored only upon payment in full of outstanding monies, PLUS
payment in full for the current quarter billed PLUS a $100 re-connect fee. NOTE:
Service may be, and will be, terminated at any time during the year for
non-payment as per the association's rules. Water is not in the same
category as heat and electricity, and as such, can be terminated in winter
months.
Q. When is the annual meeting for members of the Association?
A. Annual meeting are held within 90 days from the end of the fiscal year
(by end of March each year). Notice is mailed directly to all member
households well in advance regarding the date, time and place and is also noted on the minutes from the current
year's meeting members receive in the mail. All members are HIGHLY encouraged to
attend this annual meeting.

about the water quality. Where can I find that information?
